PEAKE, VERN Former owner of The Peake Farm on Taylor Rd., in Bracebridge died peacefully, surrounded by three generations of his family, on Friday, May 23rd, 2008, at Leisureworld Muskoka Nursing Home, Gravenhurst, Ontario. Beloved husband of the late Rena Peake. Loving father of Darwin Peake of Bracebridge, Wilma McGinnis (John) of Brampton, Sheryl Wedemire of Brampton, Brian Peake (Anne) of Bracebridge, Marshall Peake of Brampton, Loren Whetter (Lynn) of Bracebridge, Shelley Stieler (Mark) of Bracebridge and Darah Tennant (Bill) of Orillia. Proud grandfather of 22 grandchildren and great-grandfather of 15. In accordance with Vern's wishes there will be no service. Cremation has taken place. As your expression of sympathy memorial gifts to the Alzheimer Society or the Parkinson Society would be appreciated by the family.
