Victoria Evans

EVANS, Victoria Ann (nee Brookhouse) Formerly of Georgeville, Quebec, passed away peacefully with her family at her side, after a very long battle with cancer, at her home on Lake Muskoka, in Bracebridge, Ontario on Sunday, January 30, 2011 in her 67th year. She will always be remembered for her courage, strength and positive attitude and continues to be an inspiration to her family and friends. Ann is survived by her beloved spouse Donald Woodward. She is the loving mother of Erika Evans (David Jackson), Janet Evans (Steve Gilpin) all of Vancouver and Meredith Evans (Anthony Scappaticci) of Montreal and a proud grandmother of Alanna Gilpin. Ann is the daughter of Herbert Brookhouse and the late Louisa Brookhouse and the dear sister of Margaret Putnam, John Brookhouse, Mary Jane Vuchich & Helen Morgan. A service to remember Ann, will be held at St. Thomas Anglican Church in Bracebridge, on Saturday, February 5, 2011 at 12:00 p.m. with a gathering of friends at 10:00 AM. Interment will take place in Georgeville, Quebec at a later date, at which time a memorial will be held in Georgeville, Quebec to honour Ann's life.
