Wilfred Stead

November 27, 1959 - February 20, 2015. Wilfred, an incredible husband to Eva Marie Stead and a loving and active Dad to Joshua Stead and Jordan McDonald, died at home in Bracebridge on February 20, 2015, at the age of 55, after a long battle with cancer. Wilfred is survived by his brothers and sisters, John, Jimmy and Cathy, and by his parents, Gladys (deceased) and Arthur Stead (deceased). Wilfred will also be missed by his many friends. Wilfred loved his Harley and was an avid woodworker, creating many carvings and birdhouses. Interment will be at Riverside Crematorium, Toronto. A Special Celebration of Life will take place later in the Summer. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society.
