Edward Nickason

Passed away suddenly on December 7th, 2022 in his 64th year. Beloved son to Joanne Nickason of Port Sydney and the late Edgar Nickason, brother to Debra Nickason (Ed McIntyre) and Sandra Crain (Don). Uncle Ed will be deeply missed and forever cherished by his many nieces, nephews as well as great nieces and nephews. Over his 63 years, Ed spent much of his career working in the heavy truck industry in Bracebridge, Ontario. He was well known for his unconditional dedication to his favourite hockey team the Montreal Canadiens and his passion to cast a line on Deer Lake. Special heartfelt thanks to the amazing team of nurses and doctors at the North Bay hospital. As per Ed’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be taken place in Spring 2023.

Devoted family man until the end.
